AWS Incident Detection and Response helps you reduce the potential for failure and accelerate recovery of critical workloads through proactive monitoring and rapid incident management. The service develops custom response plans specific to each of your workload’s failure modes and establishes metrics and alarms across infrastructure layers. Incident Management Engineers monitor alarms 24x7 and then respond within five minutes of critical incidents. AWS maintains the highest level of engagement until resolution. After an incident, the AWS team documents learnings to help you strengthen workload architecture and coordinated incident response plans. Available in English and Japanese across select AWS regions.
